Ethos-open up-capitol 1977

I got this at the hillside record show a couple of months ago for $5. What a steal. The hillside record show is a great place to get records on the low. I actually saw DJ Shadow there a few months ago and let him use our portable turntable. Im back baby! Expect regular updates every day or two. Peace

Greets Joe Blow. I just stumbled across your amazing blog. I'm particularly enjoying some of the library related posts you've put up.

I hope you'll excuse the shameless plug, but I also wanted to recommend that you check out my own blog. I've been running Digital Meltd0wn @ http://digitalmeltd0wn.blogspot.com for nearly 5 years. I recently started sharing a few of my favorite library music LPs from the massive collection I have accumulated over the years. I hope that you'll decide to stop by and check them out, and perhaps even add me to your links section if you enjoy it.

I also run my own music blog aggregator @ http://music-bloggers.blogspot.com and I plan to add your blog as soon as I perform my next update. I was planning on adding you to the Hip-Hop/Rap category if that's okay with you. Thank you for all the great music you have shared here and for the work you put into this blog. Take care.

word, good lookin, Joe!

FYI: The Players joint got a Madlib sample all over it, "we're all players of the game" and a few other pieces, including the guitars and horns. I think he sampled for one of his Beat Konductah LPs or something like that, not positive but its definite. Shame cause I'm sure one of us here could have rocked that shit.... still can though.

You know how his samples get around the net when they surface. Props to you my friend. Thanks!
